Any property maintenance will be done by trusted, qualified and experienced professionals. We require approval from you for any repairs over $200.00, except in cases where there is a health and/or safety issue for your home or tenant. This is sometimes necessary when time is of the essence and repairs must be performed immediately to prevent further damage to your home or additional unnecessary expense.
